In Bridlington, there is a speciality : Bridlington Rock.
They are long, big and very coloured sweet. There are a lot of shops in Bridlington and in all town we visited ( York and Whitby ) where sell Rock.
These sweets are very nice! =D
There are many flavours: strawberry, cherry, cramberry,peach, orange, pineapple.... 
There are colourfull and shining: orange, yellow, black , purple, red, pink, white.....
They are very delicious and we like them! :D

During our trip to Bridlington, we went to the beach many times. On Tuesday evening, many French and English pupils went to the beach. The best day was Saturday afternoon but it was the last ! We talked with Elenna, Jade, Emily and Katie. We played volley-ball even if nobody respects the rules 
. But it was the last moment with our friens because on Monday, we left to Bridlington.
THANK TO YOU ALL FOR THESE GOOD MOMENTS WITH YOU.

When the English pupils come to France, we hope it will be funny like in England.
We hope that more English students will be able to come in France.
It would be really good if we had a party when the English will be in Millau.
We all want to return in England but we know it is not possible!
It would be cool if after class we could go to the "Maladrerie" with all the French and English pupils like in England (to the beach).
We hope that the English pupils will enjoy their trip as much as we did.

In Bridlington, there is a theatre concert hall which is called the SPA. In this SPA we can rent a hall to make a party.
During our trip, we made a party in the SPA, on friday. In the party there was a town crier who said " Oyez Oyez ". In the SPA we had a beautiful view on the sea. We received a certificate for the participation in the exchange.
When we had an appointment, the meeting point was in front of the SPA.

On sunday I went to a football tournament.On the road,I went over a bridge,its name is "Humber Bridge".When I arrived on the stadium,I met the team and Iwore the team t-shirt.When the match started,I stayed with the coach and next,I played behind.But,on the middle of the tournament,I was hurt and I couldn't finish the tournament.In the evenning we went to eat at "pizza hut".It was a very good day.

On Sunday,we went to the beach.We walked and after,we arrivedat the end of the beach.There is a cliff.We visited it,its name is Flamborough Headland.After,we ate a fish and chips.After we went back house.We played monopoly.After we went to a park and we played football.After We went back home and we watched TV.

Our weekend- by Jade and Emma
Friday Night- On Friday night, me and Emma went to Libby's house, and we celebrated Rizlaine's birthday (Libby's correspondant). we had cake and it was very tasty. After that, we all got ready to go to the party at The Spa. I wore a pink, white and black dress and i wore makeup. Emma wore black leggings, and a black t-shirt, she looked very pretty. I curled Emma's hair, which looked great. After we got ready, we were dropped off at the Spa by Libby's mum. At The Spa, a lot of people made speeches, which were very good, especially the Town cryer, which we thought was quite funny. After the speeches, the buffet was open and the music was turned on. Me and my friends raided the buffet table! :) after the food, we had a dance, and I taught some of the french pupils how to be 'sassy' :). we danced to some english and French songs, and some of the French dances were very tiring! I made some great friends on that night, and it was amazing. After the party, me and Emma had a sleepover with Libby and Rizlaine, which was great fun!
Samedi- C'est dans la maison de Libby qu'avec Jade nous nous reveillons. A onze heure et demi il est l'heure pour nous de partir pour retrouver eleves Anglais et Francais au " Tourist Information Shop" ou Miss Stephenson nous donne la carte et les informations pour le jeu de piste dans Bridlington. Avec Jade nous nous mettons avec Libby et Rizlaine et nous choisissons le nom de " French Fries ". Et nous voila partis pour trois heures de course et de reflexion pour repondre au 25 questions. Quand il est temps de retourner au point de depart nous en avons fait 17. Le jeu termine nous sommes quelques francais a se rendre sur la plage avec nos correspondants. Nous jouons au volley-ball, au rounders ( un jeu anglais qui ressemble au baseball ) ... sur le sable. Apres la plage nous allons tous chez Libby pour feter l'anniversaire de Rizlaine. :) Apres l'anniversaire nous retournons chez Jade ou nous regardons un film ( World War Z) avec Collette (sa mere) et Sophie (sa soeur). Apres nous allons nous coucher.
Today (sunday)- Today, me and Emma met up with my friends (Shania and Courtney) and went to town. We went to a few shops, and together we bought Emma a leaving present (A card, maltesers and rock). She really liked it! After, we went to the Forum and me and Emma went on the dance machine, which Emma found quite hard. We went to the sea-front after that, and we went on 3 rides, the frog-hopper, the bumper cars and miami fever. We all loved them! After the rides, we bought doughnuts and went back to the Forum and played on pacman and the dance machine, which was very fun :). We then went to my house and went on my trampoline which is very big. We took lots of videos and photos and we taught Emma some english phrases. We taught her how to say 'Yoohoo! Big summer blow out!', which is a phrase from frozen. It was very very funny! We laughed a lot today and we had so much fun, and I am glad we made Emma's last day special and fun. I loved today, but I am not looking forward to tomorrow when I have to say goodbye to Emma, i will miss her lots.

*Dracula*
Le mythe du vampire :
Le mythe du vampire a pris de l'importance a partir du XVIII eme siecle, bien que deja present des le XV eme siecle. Quand Bram Stocker ecrit il s'inspire d'un compte du nom de Vlad III dit Vlad l'empaleur et du livre Docteur Jekyll et Mister Hyde.
Le compte de Dracula:
C'est au coeur de la Roumanie, la Transylvanie que le compte de Dracula est cense avoir vecu. Se serait apres avoir regne sa religion : la religion chretienne orthodoxe que le compte serait devenu vampire.
Dracula serait partit en guerre contre l'Angleterre laissant sa femme seule. Pendant les combats, l'ennemi de Dracula lui aurait envoye une lettre disant que son mari serait mort au combat. Desesperee et triste, elle se serait suicidee, se jetant du haut d'une falaise' dans une riviere. Apprenant la nouvelle de la mort de sa femme Dracula revient. C'est alors qu'on lui annonce qu'elle ne peut pas se faire enterrer religieusement. Fou de rage, il aurait regne sa religion en enfoncant son epee en plein coeur de la croix en disant.
" J'ai verse mon sang et celui de mes ennemis
pour Dieu, desorme le sang sera ma vie! "
Les pouvoirs/ les particularites de Dracula :
Le pouvoir des tempetes
Le pouvoir de se transformer en brume, en rats, en loup/loup garou, chauve-souris et toutes les creatures de la nuit
Il controle les faibles d'esprits
Il vole
Il ne craint pas le soleil ( contrairement au idee recu)
Il se regenere grace a terre de son pays
Dracula et l 'Angleterre:
Pour rentrer en Angleterre Dracula aurait prit le bateau et serait arrive dans le port de Withby. Dans se bateau, il aurait fait venir de la terre de son pays pour pouvoir se regenerer.

C'est par groupes de 4 ou 5 (français et anglais bien sûr) que les élèves ont parcouru les rues de Bridlington cet après-midi pour répondre aux questions sur la ville et relever de petits défis. ils ont joué le jeu et trouvé de nombreuses réponses.
Les équipes gagnantes: les ´French fries', 'Sass Masters', 'de Crow et de Pigeon' sont reparties avec ... un paquet de bonbons!!
